James Sherwood at the Piano

James Sherwood is one of the UK's foremost musical comedians. If you like your comedy tuneful, or your music hilarious, his new show is a must-see.

A veteran of six consecutive Edinburgh Festivals, and a regular presence across television and radio, James taps out his "acclaimed, inspired ditties" (Three Weeks) in a beguiling evening of comic song and biting satire.

"His entire set, from humorous songs to witty repartee, is beautifully, painstakingly sculpted. There's no flab and no filler" - The Scotsman

"A distinguished gentleman comic if ever there was one… he rarely strays from his piano stool, where he knocks out a series of imaginative musical jokes and beautifully-crafted original comedy songs. But don't mistake him for some tired old cabaret act. He may look old-fashioned, but the material he offers is fresh, contemporary and pin-sharp original" - The Guardian
