_Stressed? Then you need a laughter workshop...

Happy Laughter is a physical act which can be learned. Research has shown that faking laughter to begin with reminds the body what to do when real laughter emerges.

It was been scientifically proven that laughter creates many positive physical and emotional changes in your body including a feeling of well being, a stronger immune system, lowered stress levels and healthier heart and lungs through increased blood flow.

The Are You Having a Laugh? workshop explores the positive benefits of learning to laugh.

Oct 9, Body And Being, Canal Square, Browning St, Birmingham B16 8EH. Tickets: £12. Time: 6pm. Tel: 0870 850 1895. Web: www.lifefitltd.com
