The Hollybush Real Ale House in Cradley Heath is hosting an open mic night during the festival. Happy Laughter is a physical act which can be learned. Research has shown that faking laughter to begin with reminds the body what to do when real laughter emerges. It was been scientifically proven that laughter creates many positive physical and emotional changes in your body including a feeling of well being, a stronger immune system, lowered stress levels and healthier heart and lungs through increased blood flow.
