Following a theatre-induced hiatus from stand-up, writer, actor and comedian Lou Chawner returns with a brand new (work in progress) show, Stories, Songs and Silver Linings (and Tw*ts).

In this new show, Lou explores how to cope with the frustrations that everyday life throws at us. From dealing with health scares without catastrophising every little symptom, coping with the rage-inducing behaviour of bad flatmates, and surviving the unexpected (and unwanted) nonsense that life (and friends) can throw at us.

This is an honest, open and joyous exploration of how to stay vaguely sane in a world that doesn’t always want you to.

Expect stories, songs, and a few questionable coping strategies along the way.
